If the student believes they may be eligible for an exception to the Tuition Refund policy and wishes to petition for a percentage refund due to special circumstances (e.g., medical emergency), the student must fill out the Tuition Refund Exception Application Form. This form will require the student to submit a letter of explanation of special circumstances and any additional documentation to support their request (such as a doctor's letter of verification). A committee will review the student’s petition and within two to four weeks notify the student of the final decision.
