Center’s History

Founding

Webster University in Tashkent city was established in accordance with the Decree No. PQ-4245 of the President of Uzbekistan dated March 20, 2019, with the cooperation of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and Webster University - its founders, as the 'Center for the Implementation of Educational Programs of Webster University in Tashkent City.

Center's Activity

The university’s international campuses are located in several European countries, including Switzerland, Austria, Georgia, and the Netherlands; there are also branches in Asian and African countries such as Thailand, Ghana, and China. The only branch of the university in Central Asia was opened in Tashkent city, and it started its activities in the 2018-2019 academic year.

Our Team

The staff of the Webster University Center for the Implementation of Educational Programs in Tashkent city work together, shoulder to shoulder, for the development of the Center. They are highly active in various events, volunteer work, and social life, constantly striving for self-improvement.

"In recent years, a wide range of measures have been implemented in our country aimed at the development of higher education, the introduction of advanced pedagogical technologies into educational activities, improving the quality of personnel training, and creating effective mechanisms for the integration of education, science, and industry.

At the same time, the modern trends in the development of educational services indicate the need to further implement the best practices of leading educational institutions from foreign countries, strengthen close partnership relations with them, and create favorable conditions to attract foreign investments into the education sector."
