“Many people choose MBA to change their job or position, especially for management positions. Unlike others, I had three exact goals to study MBA in Project Management in Webster University. Firstly, it was my motivation that forces me to get out of the comfort zone. I wanted to explore the latest business trends, newest management tools and techniques and ultimately challenge myself to improve my team and collaboration. Secondly, it was the best chance to access to an extensive business network. Personally, I have interacted with fellow students, professors and teaching staff. It helped me to expand my project management capabilities. Thirdly, having enough experience on accounting and audit spheres, I had to develop my leadership skills. I am very grateful for Webster University, because it helped me to strengthen my confidence and my public speaking skills.
“The most important outcome of the program is the skill and practical knowledge that I can apply in real life. I learnt to see the problems or issues from different angles. Modern world requires us to apply both soft skills and hard skills equally. I used to be more technical on my job with my complex calculations and statements. Now I see the opportunities how to make those procedures easier and on a systematic basis."
“As an MBA graduate, I can say that MBA program helped me to understand what was my real passion. It prepared me to new moves, challenges. This program provides great passion to be able to be successful on what you do.”
“Despite my bachelor’s degree being in computer programming, the sphere of business and management has always been of interest for me. After reading Jim Collins’ book “Good to Great,” I realized that I must become a top manager. When I found out about the MBA program at Webster University, I applied without hesitation.
“I always had a burning desire to start my own business, but I did not know in what niche. The knowledge I gained during my MBA studies helped me understand that it is necessary to find the most “painful” points in any industry. As a result, during the quarantine, I created my start-up project, an online school teaching English called T&T Progress. It turned out that this area was nearly empty. Over a short period of time, we gained a following of loyal customers.
“Thanks to my MBA, I realized that the most important part of studies is networking and social circle. My classmates and I became close friends, and we still share our news with each other, take pride when one of us is successful.”
